Catering
The villa is booked on a self-catering basis however a cook can be arranged by prior arrangement.
Electricity
Electricity is included in the price.
Linen
Fresh Linen is provided once a week.
Meet and Greet
By prior arrangement, the owners will meet you at the airport and guide you to the property.
Notes
* Regrettably, we are not able to accept bookings at El Cortijo for groups consisting of young adults aged 25 and under
* Because of the spiral staircase, this property may not be suitable for young children
Number of Bedrooms
There are seven bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 5 can be arranged with twin beds or a double bed. If there is a larger group we may with prior notice be able to arrange additional beds for a further cost.
Payment
* A deposit of 25% is required on confirming the booking (along with the return of the booking form).
* The final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
* A 15% returnable deposit is also due 8 weeks before arrival.
* The deposit will be refunded to you, less any deductions, within 14 days of your return home.
* Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (except Amex). Credit card charged incur a 2% handling charge.
Towels
Fresh towels are supplied every three days.
